Throughout his career, he has specialized in process simulation, finite element analysis, and virtual manufacturing technologies, helping manufacturers optimize complex forming processes, reduce development time, and improve product performance. Zach has built a reputation for translating sophisticated engineering models into practical manufacturing solutions across the aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors.
Before joining Atomic13, Zach served as Engineering Manager at Simufact-Americas, where he led engineering consulting and customer implementation efforts for advanced manufacturing simulation software. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and consulting roles with MSC Software and Marc Analysis Research Corporation, supporting manufacturers worldwide with simulation-driven product development and process optimization. His extensive experience in modeling and simulation has made him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking to reduce technical risk and accelerate innovation.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
