Kwan (Rainbow) Lee has spent more than two decades building expertise in accounting, financial operations, and business administration, supporting both established organizations and high-growth startups. She has managed full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and operational finance, helping leadership teams maintain financial discipline while supporting growth.
Before her current role with Atomic 13, LLC, Kwan worked as an Accountant in the tax and business consulting services industry, where she supported business owners, entrepreneurs, and digital media companies with accounting, payroll, tax, and financial management. She also supported companies in aerospace/advanced aviation technology, and previously held accounting roles in the media and information services industry, the building products and outdoor apparel/gear manufacturing industries, and logistics. This breadth across manufacturing, technology, and professional services has given her a well-rounded understanding of financial operations in both startup and established business environments.
